Terms of Service

The agreement
These terms are the agreement between you and Petala Noar for use of the Robbi app. By creating an account you accept them.
Your account
You need an account to use Robbi, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Keep your password to yourself. You must be at least 17 years old, and old enough to hold an account where you live.
One person, one account. Do not impersonate anyone else or misrepresent who you are.
Your content stays yours
Everything you upload to Robbi remains yours. You keep all rights to your photos, notes and ratings.
By sharing a vault you give us the permission we need to run the service: to store your content, and to display it inside Robbi to the people you have shared it with. That permission is limited to operating the app, and it ends when you delete the content or your account.
We do not license your content to anyone else, use it in advertising, or use it to train machine learning models.
Only upload what you have the right to upload.
No tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour
This is the important part, and we enforce it.
You may not post content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, or that promotes self-harm or illegal activity. You may not target other collectors with abuse, and you may not use Robbi to distribute spam or scams.
- Reporting. Every vault, item, account and comment can be reported, from the ⋯ menu on a vault, an item or a profile, or the ⋯ beside a comment.
- Blocking. You can block any account from the same menu. A block works both ways: neither of you will see the other’s vaults, items, comments or profile.
- What we do. We review reports and act on them within 24 hours. Content that breaks this rule is removed, and the accounts behind it are suspended or closed.
We do not require a reason or a warning before removing content that plainly breaks these terms. If you post it, expect it to be removed. If you make a habit of it, expect to lose your account.
Also not allowed
- Scraping, bulk-downloading or automating access to the service.
- Attempting to reach other people’s private vaults or accounts.
- Interfering with the service or the infrastructure it runs on.
- Reselling access to Robbi.
Availability
Robbi is provided as it is. We may change or discontinue features. We cannot promise uninterrupted service, and we cannot promise that nothing will ever be lost, so keep your own copies of anything irreplaceable.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us, which today is nothing.
Ending things
You can delete your account at any time from Settings and privacy. Deletion is permanent: your vaults, items, photos and social connections go with it.
We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or where we are required to by law. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.
Changes
If these terms change materially we will say so in the app. Continuing to use Robbi after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of {{JURISDICTION}}, and disputes will be heard by the courts of {{JURISDICTION}}.
