How do I restore my purchase?

Open Vitala → SettingsRestore Purchases. Your Vitala Pro access will be restored on the device signed in with your Apple ID.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Vitala.

How do I delete my account?

Open Vitala → ProfileDelete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data (logs, recipes, badges, friends, and photos).

How does Apple Health syncing work?

Vitala reads steps, active energy, heart rate, and sleep from Apple Health to show your health insights. This data stays private, is never used for advertising, and is never shared with third parties. Health access is optional.
